1、 Common faults and identification of air compressors
1. Poor or unable to start
Power supply issues, automatic air switch tripping, voltage fluctuations, and improper closure of the intake butterfly valve may all be the main culprits.
2. The air compressor is on strike and not supplying gas
Control the oil cylinder without action, mechanical failure of the butterfly valve, loss of suction of the loading electromagnetic ISV coil, and circuit failure, and investigate them one by one.
3. Weak exhaust pressure
Manual valve, regulating solenoid valve 2SV leakage, gas pipeline leakage, butterfly valve not fully open, intake regulator malfunction, solenoid valve 3SV, 8SV leakage or pressure switch IPS need to be calibrated.
4. Sudden "shutdown" during operation
Automatic switch or thermal relay action, cooling fan motor shutdown, high exhaust temperature, high pressure, or unstable motor voltage are all possible causes.
5. The exhaust temperature remains high and does not subside
High environmental temperature, lubricating oil problems, low oil level or poor oil quality, cooling fan failure, and damaged temperature control valve components need to be inspected one by one.
6. Inject fuel and stop the machine, the situation is critical
The 5SV oil cut-off solenoid valve has no voltage, there is a mechanical malfunction, and the check valve is damaged. Urgent action is required.
7. Abnormal fuel consumption and rising costs
The high oil content and high oil level in condensed water, abnormal opening pressure of small pressure valves, and blockage of return pipes or oil separation cores are all the culprits of the significant increase in fuel consumption.
